The Cigar Lounge chair, also known as the GE-240 “Cigar,” was designed by Hans J. Wegner for Getama in the 1950s. It is admired for its sculptural form, craftsmanship, and comfortable seating experience. The name “Cigar” refers to the characteristic curved armrests with rounded ends, which visually resemble the shape of a cigar.
